Homes for Support is looking for an experienced and reliable General Property Maintenance Worker to join our busy team in Crewe. About the Role
This is a varied maintenance position, working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs, property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.
Responsibilities Include:
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Painting and decorating
* Basic building and repair work
* Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
* Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience and tools for property maintenance, building or a similar hands-on role
* Good all-round DIY and maintenance skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated approach
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Polish language
