We are looking for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to support and grow sales into regional house builders, groundworkers and merchants. What you will do * Take ownership of defined UK territory (East Anglia). * Manage existing accounts while developing new business with builders merchants, groundworkers and regional house builders. * Plan and execute territory sales journeys - using CRM (Salesforce) to prepare for client meetings, document visits, track pipeline, and follow up. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Travel regularly within territory (14-15 days/month on the road; plus additional time for prospecting, admin, and pipeline management). * Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure delivery, supply, and client satisfaction.
