You will run your own desk within Brook Street Social Care, one of the UK’s most established recruitment agencies. You will build relationships with local services, manage your own portfolio and find the people who can step in and help. We talk straight and we follow through. This is Straight Up Care. It is the way Brook Street has supported communities since 1946.
What you will be doing
• Building and managing your own social care recruitment portfolio.
• Calling and meeting clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Visiting care homes, supported living services and community settings so you can speak from real experience.
• Sourcing, screening and preparing candidates from first call to first shift.
• Keeping your online presence active so people know you are reliable and here to help.
• Delivering high-quality recruitment support to social care services across Cardiff and South Wales.
What you will bring
• Experience in recruitment and sales, ideally within a fast-paced agency setting.
• A calm head when plans change - because they will.
• Clear communication and a steady work ethic.
• A car and a valid driving licence for client visits and service engagement.
