The Role;
You will manage your own caseload of varied private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Powers of attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Trusts and associated tax considerations
You’ll have autonomy in your day‑to‑day work, supported by experienced colleagues who are always on hand for guidance and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For;
* A Solicitor or Legal Executive between NQ and 5 years’ PQE
* Strong grounding or interest in private client work
* A personable, empathetic approach with excellent client‑care skills
* The ability to manage own caseload confidently
* A proactive, organised mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for developing your expertise
