The Role Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance department, you will take ownership of the purchase ledger function, ensuring supplier transactions are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Processing high volumes of invoices, matching and coding correctly Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding queries Preparing and assisting with regular payment runs Maintaining accurate supplier records and updating details where required Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operations Supporting the Finance team with month-end tasks and contributing to ongoing process improvements This position is based in Diss and offers hybrid working after an initial settling-in period. About You We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident communicating at all levels.
