Family Time Supervisors Location: Brighton Days/Hours: Mondays and Thursdays between 3:00pm and 6:45pm. Role Overview We’re currently seeking responsible and empathetic Supervised Contact Workers to facilitate and monitor contact between children and their family members. This is a highly rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. Key Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate contact sessions between children and family members Ensure a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment Accurately observe and record interactions during contact sessions Write clear, factual, and objective contact reports in line with service expectations Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally Work in line with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times Requirements Experience working with children, families, or in safeguarding-related roles Strong communication and observational skills Ability to remain neutral, objective, and professional in sensitive family situations Good report writing and documentation skills Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Childcare, or equivalent preferred Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain – we cover the cost) Completion of mandatory training during the probation period (training provided) Why Join Freedom Care?
