Business Development Partner (Self-Employed / High Commission)

Location: Remote (UK-Based)

Company: Toonus Digital

Earnings: Uncapped Commission (20% – 30%) + Recurring Monthly Trail (5% – 15%)


About the Opportunity

Toonus Digital is expanding, and we are looking for a high-level Business Development Partner to help us bring our unique content methodology to brands across the UK.

We don't just "make content"—we build Growth Engines. We are looking for a "hunter" who understands that modern brands need data-backed strategy, not just pretty pictures. This is a self-employed, commission-only partnership designed for a professional closer who wants to earn significantly more than a standard agency salary.

* Deep Research: We analyze competitors and market trends before production.
* Execution: We create high-end visual assets, including Photos, Graphics, Cinemagraphs, and Infographics.
* Data Analysis & The Pivot: We don't just post and pray; we analyze the data and adjust the strategy to ensure the brand grows.

Our team includes experts in Market Research, Production, Social Media, and Data Analytics, ensuring that once you close a deal, it is delivered to the highest standard.


The Reward Structure

We offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry to ensure our partners are rewarded for their network and effort:

* New Business: 20% to 30% commission on all closed project deals.
* Retainers: 5% to 15% recurring monthly "trail" for the lifetime of any retainer contracts (e.g., our "Growth Engine+" package).
* Uncapped: There is no limit to what you can earn.
* Support: We provide the portfolio, the case studies, and the strategic pitch decks.


Who You Are

* The Network: You have an existing network or the ability to reach decision-makers (Founders/Directors) in the UK brand, retail, or hospitality space.
* The Skillset: You are a consultative seller. You can explain the value of content pillars and data analysis.
* The Mindset: You are a self-starter who enjoys the freedom of being your own boss and the high rewards of a commission-only structure.
