Job Title: Senior Paralegal Assistant – Residential Development Support

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our award-winning Residential Development Land department, you will play a vital role in supporting legal professionals in their day-to-day activities.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual who is comfortable managing diaries, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within property or commercial law, is essential. You should have high typing speed, strong document production skills, and impeccable communication and organisational skills. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently under pressure, have excellent time management skills, and be proficient in MS Office and case management systems.
