Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position, but occasional travel to various sites including Milton Keynes, Crewe, Glasgow & Bridgend may be required.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will take responsibility for implementing and optimising end user device solutions that ensure clients can work securely, efficiently, and without disruption. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, turning them into tailored technical solutions that make a real business impact. Working alongside CGI’s expert community, you’ll play an essential part in delivering complex projects, ensuring high standards of performance and security.

Key responsibilities include:
Deploy & Optimise: Deliver reliable, secure, and efficient end user device solutions.
Collaborate & Analyse: Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks.
Manage & Configure: Lead deployments using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
Innovate & Deliver: Implement Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) solutions.
Package & Deploy: Build, package, and roll out applications to end user devices.
Document & Support: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise in end user computing and a proven ability to deliver secure, efficient device management solutions. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
You should have:
Proven experience as an End User Device Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of MECM/SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, WVD, and application packaging.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
