Salary: £14.46 per hour Monday to Friday & £16.46 Weekends
Mileage: 45p per mile tax free
Contract: Permanent - 25, 30 & 35 hour contracts available, which include working every other weekend.
Shifts: 7am-2:30pm & 4pm-11pm
Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

ECL are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join the team in Bognor
About You
As a Care Assistant in Community reablement service, you’ll be playing a key role in helping our customers regain their independence and to live their lives independently.
This could include helping customers to relearn daily living skills, both at home and outside in the community. This role will involve assisting customer with personal care, medication support, mobility and preparing meals.
Regardless of your Care experience, you will be fully trained and assigned a mentor who will take you out to meet some of our customers and work alongside you until you are confident and competent in the role. After your induction training, with guaranteed contracted hours, we will support you to progress within the company, paying for ongoing specialist training, nationally recognised qualifications and well‑being support.
As this is a Care Assistant role in the community, we will need you to have access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance. With rising petrol costs, we offer the government maximum tax‑free mileage allowance of 45p per mile as well as paying your time travelling between customers.
