The Job

The Role

As Social & Content Manager, you will be the brand’s voice across social media—owning content creation, community management, and creator/influencer relationships. You're not just fluent in social media—you live and breathe it. You know what’s trending before it’s trending, and you have the creative and production skills to act on it fast.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: from ideating campaigns and shooting high-impact Reels, to building relationships with influencers and nurturing our global community.

What You’ll Do

Social Strategy & Execution

* Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
* Translate brand values into engaging, luxury-aligned digital storytelling.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule and social calendar aligned to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.

Content Creation

* Concept, shoot, edit, and caption short-form video content that drives engagement and conversion.
* Turn product features and customer stories into beautiful, on-brand content.
* Monitor and act on trends quickly, adapting them in a way that feels relevant to our audience and elevated in tone.

Community & Engagement

* Respond to DMs, comments, and UGC in a tone that’s warm, intelligent, and aligned with our brand.
* Spark conversation, identify brand advocates, and cultivate a community of loyal fans and followers.
* Build and manage interactive elements such as polls, Q&As, and story content to increase engagement.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

* Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers and content creators in the luxury, gifting, writing, and lifestyle spaces.
* Manage collaborations, sendouts, and track performance and impact.
* Foster long-term advocacy by turning creators into genuine fans of the brand.
* Manage the affiliate links for Influencers and Creators.

The Profile

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience in a content, social media, or community role—ideally within luxury.
* A strong portfolio of original social content (especially video) you’ve planned, created, and edited.
* Deep platform knowledge: you’re fluent in Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Pinterest aesthetics, and more.
* Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.).
* Comfortable using AI to support content and scheduling.
* A natural communicator and relationship builder, both with audiences and collaborators.
* Strong aesthetic sense with a finger on the pulse of culture, design, and storytelling.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and social scheduling tools.
* Bonus: experience with paid social and whitelisting campaigns.
