Administration & Technical Support
Severn Trent is looking for an Administration & Technical Support professional to join our customer operations department in Nottingham or Derby.
Overview
You'll provide technical support to customers, infrastructure teams, and regulators. The role involves accurate payment processing for contractors, handling complaints, recharges, and insurance claims, and managing SAP data. You will also use Excel and IT systems and will have the autonomy to lead work, meet deadlines, and manage workload independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational technical support to Customer Network Delivery, Planning, and Production teams.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives and help refine processes and procedures.
* Perform administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and ensure SAP data accuracy.
* Manage and monitor inboxes and work bench queues to meet internal and external SLAs.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong Excel and IT skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
