IT Supplier Relationship Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 *12 month FTC* Do you enjoy building strong partnerships? A bit about the job You'll join our central IT Supplier Management team, where we build strong, strategic relationships with our biggest technology partners. We make sure our suppliers deliver great service, support Aviva's priorities, and help us get the best value from our contracts. In this role, you'll lead the relationship with a key strategic IT supplier and guide their performance. You'll work closely with colleagues across Aviva to align services with business needs. And you'll have opportunities to shape wider improvements across our supplier portfolio. Skills and experience we're looking for Experience in IT supplier management or IT relationship management, with a good understanding of ITIL service practices. Strong knowledge of IT risk and control principles. Good understanding of contract management principles Highly organised, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
