Responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating a mix of commercial agreements
Advising on data protection and financial services regulation
Supporting the business with corporate advisory and governance work
Representing legal on strategic projects
The role would suit an experienced commercial lawyer comfortable operating in a fast growing financial services company.
