Job Title: Operations Support Assistant Company: Edsential Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: Conway Centre (Fixed Location) Hours: 25 hours per week, over 42 weeks per year. Overview of the Role: As a Operations Support Assistant at Edsential, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our facilities at the Conway Centre. You will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, assist with housekeeping duties, and support our catering team. This position is all about using your practical skills and attention to detail to look after the centre. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained environment. What you'll be doing: You’ll help with the overall presentation of the Conway Centre and outdoor spaces. You’ll be the heart of the smooth runnings of the day to day by getting involved with cleaning, catering and minor bits of maintenancel; making sure that all our facilities are kept in excellent working order. Key Responsibilities: Carry out basic upkeep and practical tasks across the centre’s buildings and grounds, i.e. painting, basic repairs, grounds upkeep. Undertake routine and deep cleaning of accommodation, communal areas, and offices Support the catering team in meal preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene Complete compliance checks and preventative maintenance tasks Assist with room setups for meetings, events, or activities What benefits do you get in return?
