From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans. You will work within their Customer Service Department and be responsible for setting up new customer agreements in their core system with accuracy, speed and the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) being key. Role responsibilities; Input new customer agreements accurately into their lease management system Maintain accurate records on their electronic systems and scan and file documents accordingly Send Welcome Packs to customers within set, regulatory timescales and adhere to their security standards Work collaboratively with team mates and other departments to ensure the best possible customer journey Follow all company processes, procedures and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, always ensuring compliance standards are met Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and ancillary services in asset finance Key skills required; Computer literate and able to produce a high standard of presentation in all correspondence Excellent attention to detail Ability to handle changing priorities and work to deadlines So, why would you want to work here?
