Junior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Salary: £25,000-£26,000 Location: Redditch Contract: Full-time, permanent Workforce is looking for a Junior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic operations team. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in maintenance, engineering, mechanical work, or a technical environment who is ready for the next step in their career. You'll be supporting the maintenance function across our sites, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely while gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of industrial systems.
