The ideal individual will hold either AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS-registered valuer, and possess the ability to carry out valuations and Level 2 surveys effectively. As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
14. Conducting valuations (including private) and surveys in accordance with RICS standards
15. Carrying out Homebuyer and Building surveys (training can be provided on building surveys)
16. Engaging with clients, providing professional advice and support
17. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
18. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
19. Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction
