CHERY Sales Manager - North Oxford Garage
Salary: £61,500pa OTE with a basic salary of £37,500pa
Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday
Opening Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday; 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday; 11.00am to 4.00pm Sunday
Responsibilities
* Motivate, train and develop a team of sales executives to drive growth for the CHERY brand in the market area
* Manage a robust, detailed, modern CRM and enquiry management process, ensuring the highest standards of customer care, retail presentation and brand compliance
* Use a data‑led M.I. approach to drive effective financial controls and build incremental profit contribution for the company
* Fulfil Consumer Duty requirements set by the FCA, ensuring that we always 'Treat Customers Fairly' through structured training and the Group's compliance tools
* Lead the newly formed team in spearheading conquest‑led activity for the ambitious CHERY brand
Qualifications
* A strong track record of success in a consumer‑oriented, fast‑paced, retail automotive sales operation
* Experience motivating and managing sales teams
* Excellent customer service focus and alignment with modern, high‑tech CHERY products
* A pre‑requisite requirement for this position
