Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? Carrier is excited to announce an opportunity for a Modernisation Project Manager based in the vibrant city of London!
In this dynamic role, you will lead and deliver complex refurbishment and turnkey projects across the UK. Your mission? To ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We’re looking for a proactive leader who can manage teams, drive operational improvements, and implement innovative solutions that enhance both business performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and coordinate activities for timely and successful project delivery.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operational service teams.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and target margin delivery.
* Ensure all project activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting audits and maintaining up-to-date records.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, adjusting plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or the construction industry.
* Knowledge of HVACR or a similar industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* UK Driving Licence.
* IT literate with strong MS Office skills.
