Shifts: The department is open from 08:00 to 18:00; no late evening shifts and only one weekend in three.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to customers during difficult times, including handling billing queries.
* Assist customers who have fallen behind on payments and work with them to find workable solutions.
* Deliver a brilliant, personal service in every interaction, supported by training provided by the company.
