Training Administrator
BBF Limited
Hull (Monday-Friday)
Up to £26,000 depending on experience
We are currently recruiting a Training Administrator to support the Learning and Development Team in coordinating the activities required to execute the annual training plan whilst ensuring the LMS is accurate and up to date.

· Knowledge of Microsoft packages and other learning/management software to an intermediate level.
Responsibilities
· Maintenance of the LMS to support curriculum changes, curriculum developments, curriculum additions.
· Generate LMS reports to update key stakeholders on training progress against the training plan.
· Maintenance of the BBF E-Learning material and records to ensure integration with the LMS.
· To assist and support with the development of L+D training material.
· Coordinate skills training as required by business needs.
· Coordinate the booking of BBF staff on external training course and events.
· Complete the raising of Purchase Orders and subsequent adjustments to the Training Budget balance (Labour Budget and Course Budget).
· Coordinate all pre course administration.
· Coordinate all post course administration.
· Assist with the marketing and publicity of BBF training courses and events, both internally and to external organisations.
