We are seeking qualified teachers and experienced tutors to deliver high-quality alternative provision across Ruislip and the surrounding areas.
As an approved provider on Hillingdon Council's alternative provision framework, we support pupils who are currently not accessing mainstream education. Provision includes a combination of one-to-one and small-group tuition, delivered either on school sites or within appropriate community or off-site settings.
This opportunity is well suited to educators seeking flexible, part-time work outside of the traditional classroom environment, while continuing to make a meaningful impact through personalised support.

Role Overview
Deliver alternative provision tuition across Ruislip
Provide one-to-one and small-group support
Teach within school settings or approved off-site/community environments
Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, anxiety, and school refusal
Work flexible, part-time hours based on pupil placements and demand
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, or substantial tutoring experience
Enhanced DBS (Update Service desirable)
Ability to travel locally within xlqdzyr Ruislip
Experience supporting pupils within alternative provision or with SEMH needs is advantageous
A strong, adaptable, and relationship-focused teaching approach
