Residential Property Solicitor | 1+ PQE | Sevenoaks, Kent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (1+ PQE) to join a busy, well-established conveyancing team within a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Sevenoaks. The successful candidate will step into a ready-made, high-quality caseload of work, with the autonomy to run matters independently, a supportive environment, and genuine prospects for long-term career development as the department continues to grow.
The Role:
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Joining a high-performing and supportive team where outstanding client care and relationship building with clients and referrers are essential aspects of the role. This position offers genuine scope to contribute to the department’s growth and play an active role in business development and the wider success of the firm.
You’ll be working closely with the firm’s highly experienced Head of Residential Property, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn from a respected leader in the field. Requirements:
* Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE
* Experience managing a full residential property caseload independently
* Proficiency with case management systems
