About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
IT Support Engineer/Technician
to join our growing team. This is primarily a
technical support role
, providing first and second-line technical support to our users and clients. While much of the role will be hybrid/remote, you may be required to travel to client sites across London when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage and resolve tickets in a timely and professional manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, systems and applications.
* Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions.
* Support VoIP solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
* Deliver on-site support for users and clients when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 3 years+ experience in an IT support/helpdesk environment.
* Certifications such as
CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA
are highly desirable.
* Knowledge of
Microsoft Azure
and Microsoft 365 would be advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to London sites when required.
