The role
As Project Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of research delivery, owning projects end-to-end across mostly the UK but with some exposure to the US markets. You'll work predominantly on qualitative projects (around 70%) with a mixed-methods element, sitting within a small, experienced team and reporting directly into a Senior Project Manager.
This is a new role, created off the back of continued growth, meaning real ownership from day one.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing projects from kick-off through to delivery, including costings
* Supplier and recruitment management
* Tracking project performance, timelines, and budgets
* Supporting compliance and cost negotiation
* Maintaining strong trackers and project documentation
* Primary Market Research for Pharma clients
What we're looking for:
* 2–4 years of project management experience within a pharma or healthcare market research, analytics or insights consultancy
* Hybrid: 1 – 2 days working from the London area
* Solid understanding of qualitative methodologies; mixed-methods exposure a bonus. Quant project management skills is a plus as the business develops in this area
* Highly organised with strong Excel and tracker skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach, someone who takes ownership and asks the right questions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must have experience with Primary Market Research for Pharma clients
