The Role
We're looking for a proactive Internal Sales Support to become the backbone of our sales operation. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be the central hub managing our sales pipeline, supporting our project consultants, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing our CRM system - updating deals, tracking progress, maintaining data quality
* Handling the CareSpaces inbox and directing enquiries to the correct team members
* Taking incoming calls and qualifying leads before passing to consultants
* Coordinating quote preparation and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Delegating projects to our project consultants based on location and expertise
* Following up on leads from our Lunch & Learn and industry events and networking
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks that free them up for client-facing work
* Maintaining our contact database and ensuring accurate record-keeping
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive, but experience with any CRM is valuable)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)
* Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Team player who can work independently and take initiative
* Interest in our mission of improving accessibility and independence
