Executive Assistant to senior management
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO with various administrative and operational tasks.
This full‑time hybrid position in Leamington Spa requires outstanding communication skills, anticipation of executive needs, and a proactive approach to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar and schedule management: arrange and maintain the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and travel itinerary.
* Correspondence and communication: assess emails and calls, prepare responses, and ensure action items are followed up quickly.
* Meeting planning: draft agendas, take minutes, and manage post‑meeting action items and follow‑ups.
* Travel planning: arrange itinerary, accommodations, and modes of transportation for domestic and international travel.
* Project support: assist with research, data collection, and special activities as directed by the CEO.
* Documentation and filing: manage confidential documents, file administration, and record‑keeping.
* Office support: collaborate with other departments and external connections to guarantee efficient office operations.
Requirements
* Experience: three to four years working with senior executives as an executive assistant or in a related position.
* Skills: excellent organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Communication: outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Adaptability: ability to work independently, change priorities, and handle delicate material discreetly.
