As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will vary, from providing 1:1 support during class activities to assisting with behaviour, and helping with lunch duty. Personal care, such as feeding or toileting may also be required. You will need to have a genuine passion for working with children with additional learning needs.
