Responsibilities
* Business lead for all aspects of International Sales.
* Drive continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.
* Ensure a seamless customer experience and champion the customer.
* Accountability for full revenue and margin budget.
* Set short, medium, and long‑term strategies.
* Build budget, phasing, and forecasting with high accuracy.
* Ensure plans and resources meet and exceed business plans across territories.
* Develop and maintain high‑impact distributor relationships that support long‑term commercial goals.
* Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies to protect and grow market share.
* Develop a market‑leading proposition and surrounding communication for each region.
* Own international proposition selection, profitability, and margin targets.
* Provide input to the marketing team on spend and new test‑and‑learn initiatives.
* Continuously evolve the proposition based on regional insights, customer, and distributor capabilities.
* Lead and coach a best‑in‑market sales team, holding them accountable for delivery.
* Embed a performance culture that rewards innovation, accountability, and long‑ thinking.
* Travel with team members to visit key clients and develop stakeholder networks.
Qualifications
* Strong strategic and people leader with international experience (B2B, B2C, B2G).
* Proven results in delivering international growth strategies and multi‑year planning.
* Experience developing and managing strategic distributor partnerships in international markets.
* Understanding of solution‑based selling, international trading, and the education market.
* Strong financial and commercial experience, with analytical decision‑making bias.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal influence, and organisational skills.
* High‑pressure sales environment KPIs experience, with process improvement mindset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel internationally.
* Desirable: understanding of the international education market.
