We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join on a 3-month contract basis. This role is pivotal in leading our total reward project within the region. The ideal candidate will be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in reward management, capable of driving significant change and delivering strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Total Reward Project:
Take charge of the total reward project within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional requirements.
* Country Reward Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current reward structures and practices across different countries within the region.
* Business Case for Change:
Develop and present a robust business case for change, including detailed recommendations for improvements and strategic initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights, ensure buy-in, and communicate the benefits of proposed changes.
* Data Analysis:
Analyze reward data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
* Implementation Support:
Provide guidance and support during the implementation of approved reward strategies and changes.
