What's the job?
You are responsible for providing support to the Trading Space Planning Lead to assist with a range of tasks that support the timely creation and execution of the Trading Space Plan for B&Q. You must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Here’s a summary of the key accountabilities and responsibilities:
1. Critical Path Management: Create, maintain, and communicate critical paths.
2. Administrative Support: Assist with the change request process.
3. Information Collation: Gather data from various teams and create engagement materials.
4. Communication Materials: Develop materials for the Trading Space Planning Lead.
5. Query Response: Address routine queries and refer complex ones to the appropriate team.
6. Support Trade Space Planning Lead: Assist with tasks like writing emails, reports, and progress notes.
7. Primary Contact: Occasionally act as the main point of contact for the Trading Space Planning Lead.
