A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a growing and highly regarded Real Estate team based in Chichester. This role offers exposure to high-quality, innovative work within a national practice, advising on some of the most interesting development projects in the market.
The Opportunity
You will join a specialist Real Estate team with a strong focus on residential-led development, including complex and strategic land projects. The team also advises on a broad range of commercial development schemes, regeneration projects, and investment and asset management work for national businesses, respected regional property companies, and owner-occupier clients.
In addition, the team is recognised for its work on natural capital and sustainability-led projects, including biodiversity net gain, water neutrality, and nutrient neutrality schemes, providing off-site solutions that unlock large-scale residential developments. You will also gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious agricultural property matters, offering a genuinely varied and interesting workload.
