Overview
Role: Business Development Sales Executive at hireful.
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office with flexible remote work, client meetings, etc.
Salary: £40K - £45K basic + £5K car allowance + uncapped OTE (realistic £20K commission in year 1) + benefits.
Summary: Motivated by earning potential and interested in joining a leading UK-based software tech company as a Junior Business Development Sales Executive. You’ll look at full life-cycle sales opportunities from lead to close, with a hunter mentality and consultative approach, supported by an amazing team and sales management.
Responsibilities
* Sell a leading software solution around the UK.
* Engage in full life-cycle sales opportunities from lead to close with a consultative, solution-focused approach.
* Collaborate with a dedicated sales management team, supported by a proven market product and realistic ARR targets to achieve OTE.
What We'd Need To See From You
* Previous sales experience. Preferably in the software industry, but not required. You may be a junior BDM / Sales Exec or seeking progression from telesales / SDR / Inside Sales.
* Driven, motivated, intelligent, and organized with a desire to progress your sales career.
* Any prior experience with Salesforce CRM or MEDDIC is useful.
