Specialising in air conditioning products, they have a strong market presence globally turning over £5 Billion a year. They have 6 offices in the UK, this role will be based out of there Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
Job Description
3. Processing and maintaining orders in SAP in order to meet the customers delivery deadlines; and ensuring that all orders processed are within the company discount policy.
4. Updating customers throughout the order lifecycle ensuring high quality responses to all enquiries.
5. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
6. Processing any stock check enquiries from customers or internal departments.
The Successful Applicant
7. Ability to develop and maintain good relationships internally/externally and at all levels
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Sap experience
10. Highly organised & able to prioritise
11. Strong analytical, organisational and report writing skills.
12. Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
13. Driven to work independently and as part of a team
14. Methodical and problem-solving mindset
15. Demonstrate customer centric behaviours and a passion for customer service
