We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based at our site in Coventry. The position is Monday - Friday, on a 7.5-hour shift between 09:30 - 19:00. Salary: £24,576.21 per annum.
Our team is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through case management, taking ownership of investigations, and demonstrating our four core attributes: 'Can do', 'Passion', 'As One', and 'Right First Time'.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all communication with customers is professional, timely, and resolved to their satisfaction through appropriate channels.
2. Manage corporate customer queries from start to finish, taking ownership and responsibility for resolution.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of DHL eCommerce UK services, products, and operating systems.
4. Promote self-service options and alternative products to both new and existing customers.
5. Attend regular meetings/briefings with the Customer Service Centre Management team and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and team performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
2. Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and listening skills.
