Our client is a well established membership organisation based in the City of London, looking to appoint a Membership Supervisor on an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong membership experience to step into a leadership role, supporting day to day operations and overseeing a small team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day to day running of the membership function
* Manage and support a small team, providing guidance and coaching
* Lead on membership renewals and retention activity
* Act as a key point of contact for member queries and escalations
* Ensure accurate data management across CRM and membership systems
* Work closely with internal teams to improve member experience and processes
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a membership organisation or regulator
* Experience supervising or leading a team
* Strong understanding of membership renewals and engagement
* Confident managing stakeholder relationships and handling escalations
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM systems and working with data
