We are currently seeking 2 x Lecturers (Education) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology/Science (1.0 FTE and 0.2 FTE) to join our School on a temporary basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative teaching and assessment in pharmaceutical sciences, contributing to the design of new courses, and supporting students through engaging and research-informed education. The post also involves undertaking essential administrative duties aligned with the academic responsibilities of the role. About the person: Essential Criteria: Education and Qualifications Honours degree or equivalent (2:1 or higher) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. PhD in Nanomedicine, Drug Delivery, or Biotechnology. Experience Significant experience of teaching, supervising, or mentoring undergraduate or postgraduate students. Experience of developing postgraduate courses. Experience working in or with the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ability to design course materials and plan, deliver, and assess taught courses in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology/Sciences. Evidence of research publications in key journals related to the discipline.
