About the role We are looking for a talented Workday Integration developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiative. The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets. Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system
Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects
Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
Integration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonus
Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
