You’ll be reporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, working closely with the colleagues in the Visitor Experience Team and wider property to ensure the delivery of programming and events is smooth operationally, departments feel involved, and objectives are met.The nearest station is Taplow, or you'll need your own transport to get here.Click here for more information about this location: Cliveden | Buckinghamshire | National TrustAs Visitor Experience Officer, your main focus will be on providing a great service for visitors. With your team, you’ll be organising seasonal activities and events, and work on outdoor interpretation to engage our visitors, tell the history of our places and engaging them in conservation. You’ll work in collaboration to grow existing partnerships and network to build new ones which will help design and support delivery of activities, as well as progress the work we have been doing to make sure the places we care for are accessible and welcoming to diverse audiences. The role will help drive the delivery of our seasonal family trails and Christmas offer, new interpretation around the gardens, and play a key role in creating our future programming plans. You will be supervising and supporting volunteers and organising rotas. You’ll be supporting the Duty Manager and the operational demands of the site on a day-to-day basis.
