Trainee Financial Planner/Paraplanner
Location: Gidea Park
Salary: Circa £50,000 + benefits hybrid working.
Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to move into advising?
Would you like to attend client meeting from day one and gradually move into a full planning role?
At Rosemount you’ll join our close-knit team in a role where your technical skills, attention to detail, and client-first mindset will be highly valued. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with advisers to prepare high-quality reports, carry out research, and ensure clients receive an exceptional service. You will meet clients from day one and gradually assume full responsibility for some of them. Of course, if you wish to remain as a paraplanner, that’s fine too.

What we’re looking for:
* Previous paraplanning experience within financial advice.
* Level 4 Diploma.
* A detail-focused, collaborative approach and strong technical knowledge.
* Someone who wants to be part of a supportive team with room to grow.
* Able to work from out office in Gidea Park and be part of the team.
