An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager to join a leading UK supplier of womens multi-products to major high street retailers and supermarkets. This role offers the chance to lead and inspire within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a creative, commercial, and trend-driven Design Manager with a strong portfolio in the young to mid-market sector. You'll bring a confident handwriting style, a strong understanding of woven and Jersey products, and the ability to design for volume accounts. Experience working with supermarkets and high-street retailers is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design direction across ladieswear multi-product, from trend research through to final product.
2. Reporting to the Design Director.
3. Creating seasonal mood and trend boards, colour palettes, and capsule collections.
4. Researching, sourcing, and developing fabrics, trims, and new design ideas.
5. Presenting design concepts and collections clearly to both internal teams and external buyers.
6. Working closely with sales and buying teams to deliver customer-focused, commercial ranges.
