Part-time, 3 days a week
Salary: guideline £38- £40k pro-rata depending on experience
Starting: After the 31st October 2025 and/or within notice period.

Oxford Contemporary Music is one of the UK’s foremost new music organisations, working across many genres and disciplines producing innovative music and cross art-form events and outdoor and site-specific work.

We are seeking a Director to take on the leadership of OCM with overall responsibility for the organisation. The role requires vision, knowledge of the sector, leadership and strategic development, staff management, a proven track record in fundraising, and experience across finance, commissioning, producing, and marketing.
