About the Graduate / Teaching Assistant Position
Prospero Teaching are seeking enthusiastic graduates who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience before beginning teacher training. These are long-term placements with immediate starts available.
We are recruiting graduates to work as Teaching Assistants across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in the following PO postcode areas:
Portsmouth (PO1/PO6)
Southsea
Cosham
Drayton
Fareham (PO14/PO16)
Gosport (PO12/PO13)
Havant (PO9/PO10)
Waterlooville (PO7/PO8)
Emsworth (PO10)
Hayling Island (PO11)
Chichester and surrounding areas (PO18/PO20)This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates looking to build classroom experience ahead of teacher training.
No prior experience is required; however, any experience working with children or young people including in a classroom setting will be highly beneficial.
You will be:
Working 5 days per week, term-time only
Supporting students with a range of SEND needs
Working across Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4Contract Details:
