Main purpose of the role:
This is a 3 months fixed term contract that will support routine transactional activity relating to the employee life cycle. Providing an accurate, efficient and consistent administrative function. It will ensure all integrity with the system data and be flexible and adaptable to all elements of the employee lifecycle. The role will be mainly involved in administration activities and include interacting with external stakeholders.
What we are you will be doing
Effective Management & work allocation from the HR Shared Services mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided within 3 working days
Supporting of central mailboxes, responding to inquiries and issues raised by management and administration employees
First line support for managers and employee is query resolutions relating to the employee life-cycle
Assisting in the ongoing effort of data integrity with the systems by correcting employee data (eg. annual leave allowances, job titles, line manager, department).
Booking of training courses, travel and accommodation for SIA licence courses
Managing the licence renewals process in its entirety for our front-line population in the UK
What we are looking for
Strong HR administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment
Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
A good understanding of GDPR in practice
Excellent communication skills
