Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Strategic Alliance Manager based in Europe who will be responsible for establishing, onboarding and managing strategic technology relationships in EMEA and align with global teams.

What you will be doing

* Establishing, onboarding, managing strategic technology vendor network to grow ITS Business in EMEA
* Manage contract negotiations including commercial terms and pricing
* Coordinate cross-functional HQ resources from Marketing, Sales and Operations and other required functions like Procurement, Legal, Training, IT, etc.
* Drive initiatives for implementation, sales enablement, inbound sales and co-marketing with Vendors
* Work with the 25 Operation/Newco Companies in EMEA region, acquisitions and leverage local ITS partnerships
* Act as a promoter of the ITS and Ricoh Value Propositions
* Accountable for the end to end vendor satisfaction and maintain C-level vendor relationship
* Influence strategic local project implementation as well as vendors core product strategies across Newco acquired and OpCos.

You will ideally have

* Ideal candidates will be educated to at least degree level or equivalent professional qualification, with preference given to subjects studied in Maths, Finance or Science
* Successful candidates will have a proven background and experience in the IT industry or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience with proven track record of achieving results.
* Preferably candidates will have an existing affinity with ICT Industry and related products.
* Any language skills outside fluency in English (both spoken and written) would be a distinct advantage
* Ideally candidates will have existing knowledge and an extensive network of IT distributor in EMEA. Alongside ideally holding international sales and marketing certificates or professional courses
* Successful candidates will ideally have a proven experience of successfully working with IT vendors in a targeted environment in an international context
* You will be excellent at influencing decision making units and hold a growth mind-set and curious nature
* Successful candidates will have a strong existing client network, excellent negotiation and influencing skills, plus excellent knowledge of IT Industry and workplace collaboration technologies
