Role Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve all products and food items according to pre-agreed specifications.
2. Conduct pre-service checks of the kitchen, ensuring all items are checked and accounted for 4 hours prior to the match, including starters, soups, mains, desserts, cheese boards, pies, and peas.
3. Ensure all food items for service are present, portion-controlled, and prepared as per Head & Executive Chefs’ instructions.
4. Use equipment correctly and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Maintain quality of food preparation, production, and presentation within the venue.
6. Follow standards specified by the Executive Head Chef.
7. Keep preparation areas clean and organized at all times.
8. Maintain a professional appearance in kitchens and public areas.
9. Complete post-service cleanup as required.
10. Attend all necessary training sessions.
11. Ensure all food is served hot, well-presented, and on time.
12. Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations at all times, completing and returning all regulation forms.
13. Minimize wastage.
14. Return all foodstuffs to the production kitchen after service.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Previous experience as a chef.
2. Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards.
3. Flexible working patterns.
