Service Advisor | Aftersales Advisor
Location: Nissan, Hanley
Salary: OTE £34,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
* Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
* System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-first mindset and a passion for cars:
* Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
* Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role.
* IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence.
