Njord Offshore is a leading provider of crew transfer vessels to the offshore wind industry. We are looking for a dedicated Crewing Officer to join our dynamic crewing department and help ensure our vessels are always manned with competent, certified and motivated crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building strong relationships with our amazing crew – and finding new talent too!
* Maintaining effective crew rotation plans for assigned vessels
* Ensuring vessels are crewed in compliance with all applicable legal and customer requirements
* Supporting travel arrangements for crew members, ensuring smooth and timely coordination of transportation and accommodation
* Assisting the Crewing Manager in enhancing and streamlining crewing processes to boost operational efficiency and crew satisfaction
* Managing crew certifications, training records, appraisals, and flag state documentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and good IT skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* A proactive team player with a positive, solution-driven attitude
Preferred but not essential:
* Previous experience in a crewing or marine operations role
* Knowledge of maritime certification and compliance requirements
