Our client, an established Car Group and one of the most famous brands globally, is seeking a Part Time Parts Advisor to join their busy team at their Distribution Centre. Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
3. • Process telephone and online parts orders efficiently and accurately
4. • Manage customer accounts and queries in a professional and courteous manner
5. • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
6. • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
7. • Use IT systems to track orders, stock levels and manage customer interactions
Requirements for a Parts Advisor:
8. • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Motor Trade role is desirable
9. • Excellent communication and customer service skills
10. • Confident in a sales or customer-facing environment
11. • Numerate, literate and IT literate – especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
12. • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
